When you come in for an IET session, you’ll be invited to lie down comfortably on a massage bed. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session, I’ll move gently over your body, focusing on specific areas known to hold emotional blockages, particularly along key meridian lines.
During the session, I will interact with various acupuncture points on your body. Tip: If you ever feel “kick a puppy mad” or overwhelmed by emotions, remove yourself from the situation, ground yourself, and meditate. These feelings are temporary, and they don’t need to be acted upon.
