Energy Healing Modalities

My energy healing sessions are designed to help you release emotional blockages, clear limiting beliefs, and regulate your nervous system so you can move forward with more ease and clarity. Whether you are healing from trauma, navigating life as a neurodivergent individual, seeking relief from stress and anxiety, or simply looking for a deeper connection with yourself, these sessions offer a safe and supportive space for your inner work. You can choose from one of the three modalities I am certified in: Reiki, Access Bars, and Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) or allow me to intuitively combine them for a personalized experience that best supports your goals. I am centrally located north of Indianapolis in Carmel right off of 465 and 31.

Reiki

Reiki uses gentle earth life force energy to restore balance and regulate your nervous system. Reiki is a traditional Japanese energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy to promote balance and well-being. During a session, I gently place my hands either on or near your body to allow the energy to flow where it is needed most. Reiki is especially beneficial for calming the nervous system, easing physical discomfort, and fostering inner peace.

Integrated Energy Therapy

Integrated Energy Therapy focuses on healing deep emotional wounds and energy blockages that may have been trapped in the body from trauma, stress, nervous system dysregulation etc. This modality is particularly effective for releasing trauma, guilt, shame, fear, anger and other deeply rooted emotions while filling the energy field with positive qualities like love, trust, and empowerment.

Access Bars

Access Bars is a gentle energy healing technique that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head, known as “Bars,” which store thoughts, emotions, and beliefs related to different areas of life. By activating these points, stored energy is released, allowing you to clear limiting patterns and experience greater relaxation and mental clarity. Many clients describe the experience as a deep reset for the mind—like decluttering mental noise and replacing it with calm and spaciousness. Sessions are non-invasive and suitable for everyone, offering a powerful way to shift energy and open up to new possibilities. I personally found Access Bars to be an incredibly powerful modality for my ADHD.

I am located at 410 E 103rd Street Indianapolis Indiana 46280 in the renovated studio barn to the right of my home. Conveniently located right off of 465 by 31 near Indy, Zionsville, Fishers, Giest, Indy area.
